Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
You should provide credentials for account that has issues...
Menu items in JomSocial toolbar (HeyaCutie) should be set to Public not Registered as they will be shown ONLY to logged in users anyway.
Also there is no reason to give SuperUser additional group "Registered". SU is "registered" by default. So try to opt out this group from SU users.
Then check if issue persist - if yes, edit your first post and provide credentials for "keena" account.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I made the noted changes above. I unchecked the Registered user for the problem account, kept the SU user group and I saw that support changed the menu items from Registered to public. The issue is still happening. I've provided the login credentials for the problem account in the secure information section. Another thing I noticed is that the problem account also cannot logout using HelloMe. The account can only logout within Jomsocial.
I know what is wrong. I remember similar issue here on forum few months ago.
This issue is related with user status and apostrophes in post.
Please, edit your first post and provide PHPmyAdmin credentials - It needs to be fixed in DB.

I was unable to modify using the problem account. However, I did remove the status from database and that worked. How do I keep this from happening in the future? My goal is to have a pretty large community and keeping track of apostrophes will be a pretty large task and ultimately deter members from joining my network.
