ISSUE SUMMARY: I'm using Cronless todo CRON job and S3 Bucket at Amazon with Zencoder. I have done all what manual say's. After all set up I try manually run CRON job and I get this message:
<messages><message>Could not convert video</message><message>No temporary videos to delete.</message><message>No files to transfer.</message><message>No Videos to transfer.</message><message>No avatars or cover of users needed to be transferred</message><message>No avatars or cover of groups needed to be transferred</message><message>No avatars or cover of events needed to be transferred</message><message>Removed Pending Invitation for Past Event</message></messages>

Zencode errors:
611345600 09:55:05 PM EEST - 2015-09-15 ... /api/jobs POST JSON 422 Unprocessable Entity IP hidden
611345592 09:55:04 PM EEST - 2015-09-15 ... /api/jobs POST JSON 422 Unprocessable Entity IP hidden
611345583 09:55:04 PM EEST - 2015-09-15 ... /api/jobs POST JSON 422 Unprocessable Entity IP hidden

I see videos in "Pending Videos" and I can play them, but when I try to fetch thumbnail I get this error: "Failed to fetch video thumbnail."

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Try different videos, but allways same result.
2 Going thru instructions few times and they are ok

RESULT
Error is still there, cannot convert video, Failed to fetch video thumbnail.

EXPECTED RESULT
See thumbnails of videos and CRON do job as it should be.

BROWSER
Try Firefox, Edge, IE and Chrome browsers
