No thumbnail when posting URL to stream

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When users ad web link to stream, there is no thumbnail. Tested on many different web site link.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Check if cURL installed, yes it is
2 Try this: www.jomsocial.com/forum/profile-universa...-thumbnail-in-stream no help

RESULT No thumbnail
EXPECTED RESULT See the thumbnail on stream
BROWSER Edge, IE, FireFox

seem FTP access detail not valid, please edit your first post at this topic. and put valid FTP access detail at site info form.
