When I search the profile type has no any users register under it, the result the error page but if I search the profile has the users register them, it show the users whom register under that profile type.

You can search profile type "school and primary school" they are no users register with them

it usually can be set when you create new user for accessing database from cpanel, for further information I suggest you contact the sys-admin
