ISSUE SUMMARY:
Facebook unlike has a delay. This causes an issue with our Alpha User Points component because it should remove points.
Once you change the site within a few seconds after unlike, the points are not reduced. But while waiting maybe 3 after Facebook like remove everything works. With Google+ everything runs perfectly - no delay, points reduced.
Is there any time delay or something else that we could adjust/speed up so that there is no more delay?
Alpha User Points developer says that if there would be such solution, it must be somewhere in JomSocial.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Click on Facebook unlike
2 Navigate to another site within 1 or 2 seconds
3 Alpha User Points gives no points

EXPECTED RESULT: Facebook like remove works with no delay.
BROWSER: all tested

and alpha user point belongs to Kunena component.

but there's a rule in JomSocial with Facebook like and Facebook like remove.
Is there a chance to set times here?

sorry, jomsocial doesn't have that rule. I suggest you to contact Kunena about alpha user points plugin. seem the issue at there.
