Import photo from facebook

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello,

I am using Sign up with facebook option in my website. I am using the option of Importing photo from facebook.
The issue is that the photo gets imported successfully but it is not displayed properly in the profile page. For example it does not crop the image to a thumbnail size like facebook.
Attaching the screenshots for better understanding. Please suggest what is the issue here.

I did a test. This is my FB:

And this is what was imported:
prntscr.com/8dkupm

It's perfect the same image. I'm sorry but I can't replicate your issue.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hello,

The thing is that the profiles where the profile picture is square, that is imported perfectly but the ones which are rectangular in shape are displayed as it is. For replicating the issue you can try to insert an image which is not square in shape on fb and then try importing on my website. Then you maybe able to see the difference.

This seems to be your site specific issue.
WE can't replicate it on any fresh test site.

I can't also login to your site frontend... page is just reload... do you experience the same?
