ISSUE SUMMARY: I received an email from a client that someone attempted to register onto Luxe Connect from a PC and received this error (see screen shot). I attempted to register from a Mac and had no issue. Can you please advise regarding this matter?

Thank you so kindly.

Deneen

Hi,

I just test it and seems working as well

it can be session or cache issue, ask to your client to register again and clear the cache first.

thank you

Dimas,

Thanks for your quick response. Just to follow up...

Did you test it in a PC environment? I asked the client to try what you recommended.

My concern is from and end user perspective, is that really effective? How will an end user know to clear the cache? This site is used to promote and draw a "specific" clientele. This looks a bit unprofessional from the site owner's perspective. They don't tend to be as forgiving or understanding when things don't work properly (if you understand what I mean).

Is there a way to eliminate this from happening?

Please advise.

Hi Deneen,

I tested it by using chrome, please you ask your client to test on chrome first..

to clear the cache it quite simple, that is common feature on most of browser, simple you can click ctrl+f4 or if you used mac you can click cmd+R

This issue totally caused by session issue, which when your client tried to register, the session was over, so usually will show error like that or another error "invalid token"

thank you
