The majority of our emails seem to be going to spam folders. Please can you let me know if there is anything we can do about this?

This is hard to be solved, since jomsocial is not handle the issue like this.. but please you try to change your admin email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., maybe it will help.
