Multiple Profiles watermarks not showing on profile pictures

We have created multiple profiles, and included watermarks in these profiles.
However, these watermarks will not show up on existing profile pictures (avatars) to the members of a profile category.
I've tried to run a manual cron-job, but this does not help.
The watermarks does also not show up on new members' avatars if they sign up using facebook.
It seems like the only way to get a watermark to show, is to manually click and edit your avatar.
I can not even do this for the members, because when I tried this that member ended up with the avatar form the profile group I belong to, not the one HE belongs to.

Is there something we can do to fix this?

Hi Andre,

I am sorry, by default the user should change the avatar manually, because the watermark will be triggered from edit avatar.
