There is a way to integrate jomsocial with de mod_search from joomla?

Hi...

In this moment I have a problem. My users get confuse with two search box in the website...
the first one and more important enables to search content in joomla
the second one is the jomsocial search module.... that appears in the sidebar)

People get confused... they should only have 1 search module.. and in serach anything in the same module...

theres ia a way to integrate jomsocial with the joomla's native search engine

Hi.

We tried to implement this feature in JomSocial 4.1 but it was pushed back as caused too many issues with privacy.
You may try this plugin instead: www.jomsocial.com/addons/core-enhancemen...r-js-custom-profiles

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
