ISSUE SUMMARY:
When a 'Report Content' is made and the report limit is reached, a Default Task is Executed (email sent to Admin).

I can't find the overrides for this email:

The Email title is: 'Content report reached reports threshold' - I need to override this
The Message Content is: 'Hi , Please be informed that your report, Content report, reached system threshold.' - I need to override this

Please can you tell me where the override is?

COM_COMMUNITY_REPORT_THRESHOLD_REACHED_SUBJECT="{contentname} reached reports threshold."

If I go to Language Manager and then overrides I don't find these. Is there somewhere else that overrides are held as well?

You may use Joomla! language override feature. There are just dynamic values in those constants: {contentname} that's why you can't find them.
