Friend relationship lost

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi,
- I have Clare listed as one of my Friends on my Profile.
- And if I look at her Profile I am listed as her friend.
- However when she looks at her Profile she does not have me listed as her Friend, and it says she has 0 friends.
- If I search 'Clare' in Members it says '0 Friends'. What is happening?

(This problem is occurring on the Jomsocial Community Forum)
