Disabling photo likes in backend doesn't work

When you disable likes in the Jomsocial configuration for photo's, it does not disable likes in the modal popup.
I have disabled photo likes because the stream does not respect the privacy of member photos which have been liked.
However, member are still liking photo's from the modal popup.

make sure you using jomsocial latest version (4.0.9)
