ISSUE SUMMARY:
in the activity stream under members tab the avatar thumbnails disapear after a couple seconds. they appear normally for who is online.

for example "lucas howes" was added recently

it happens when the module is reloaded and displays normally the rest of the time.

in the db table community_users under storage it was set as "s3" for some reason first. i changed it manually to "file" a the thumbnail loaded normally.

This is database issue which the transfered to S3 was failed, I fixed this by re-upload the avatar.

yup, that fixes it for that one case.

but everytime a new user registers the storage is saved as "s3".
