No able to display larger images when clicking thumbnail in album's index

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Unable to view larger images. Seems to be a conflict somewhere that is keeping me from viewing them. On the index of thumnails, I'm only able to move thumbs around. Can't del them or click to view larger image.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Visit album. Click on thumbnail.

RESULT: Nothing happens. See screen shot example of drop down arrow not functioning:

EXPECTED RESULT: Larger image to appear, Be able to using drop down arrow for different functions.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I'm sorry but I can't replicate this issue. When I click on thumbnail I get: prntscr.com/7pcrkf
So it seems to work just fine.

I tried at chrome, firefox, safari and sill I cant reproduce the issue at that album page.
