There's a member on our site whose information is repeating throughout the front and back end of his profile. I haven't seen it on any other profiles, but it wouldn't surprise me if it is happening in other places. I saw a post for a guy with a similar problem, but he determined that the source of the problem is Membership Pro. We don't use that. However, we do have two profile types if that means anything. Please see the attached screencaps and let me know what's happening.

I cant access administrator page, the user detail is not valid. could you please edit your first post at this topic.
and put credentials information at site info. I also need FTP and database manager or cpanel access detail for debugging purpose.

IP is probably blocked (by default). Would you give it to me so that I may whitelist it?

but my provider using dynamic IP, it can be changed any times. or can you turn off IP blocker for a while? after this issue done, you can turn it on again.

and please provide me cpanel access detail. seem the issue at database is self.

I went ahead and updated that ticket with the details you requested in case my other ticket needs that info, but it looks like the profile that had the duplicate entries no longer has that issue. maybe the fix it came with the JS update or maybe they just started the profile over from scratch. it was only one profile. The guy said it happened when he click save several times.

Okay, now it looks like the problem persists. Here is the profile where it's happening.

please check it, I deleted it from b8r9o_community_fields_values table. if still any users got this issue. please ask him what they did, so I can try to replicate it.
