On this Forum I don't see a 'New Post' button in the Socialize Support area

ISSUE SUMMARY:
On this Forum I don't see a 'New Post' button in the Socialize Support area so I can't post there. I can see New Post in every other area!

seem your socialize license has been expired. cloud you please make sure it again at "My Account"?

My account says I have 184 days left on our socialize licence.
