ISSUE SUMMARY:
User can't upload profile photo and update profile information.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login
2 Go to profile
3 Try to change picture- not responding
4 Try to change tabs - not responding

Hi,

please check it. I turned off Optimize JS from socialize template manager. jomsocial cannot using javascript optimizer.
