Hi staff,
When i click the notification button, it keeps loading and not working, both on desktop and mobile. Can you have a check? Thanks.

Best,
Patrick

Hi, Patrick.

What "Notification" button you actually mean? A notification icon in toolbar? Could you do a printscreen so I'll know where to look?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I just checked that the notification button in the toolbar is not working for admin only. I tried using the demo account and the notification button is working.

HI staff,
The notification is working now. However, during the fix, maybe your staff put a JBolo module on the left side of the display. How can I disable that? I can't find it in the module setting.
E.G. hehebuddy.com/mike/profile On the left you see Community- JBolo chat status.

Dunno where to disable it. THanks.

Best,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,

you can turn it off at joomla backend > extensions > plugins manager, open JBolo Chat Status and set core application to no.
