I am not sure the detail, but like I said before, you have lots of issue caused by conflict. I suggest you hire 3rd party developer for fix them all, basically your issues are not coming from Jomsocial.

I figured out how to deblock the Upload pictures to streams and to groups, but the Upload pictures to ALBUMS into GROUPS is still unavalaible, do you know why?
