Dear support team,

It seems that there is something wrong with the privacy settings. User A is friends with User B, but although they are friends, user A still can not see the profile of user B.

I get this report more often that members for instance can not view photos of each other although they have set the permission to sitemembers or friends.

Please look into this asap... thank you

P.s. I have placed details under MISC INFORMATION of a member that has that experience so that you can look.

Ok, I saw that user from user A side. Now I need to check User B profile settings. Could you edit your first post and add Blondiey credentials?

Ok, it's fixed. It seems that privacy settings in user B profile was not set... it was null. So I've set it "Friends". Now user A can see user B profile without issues.

I have received more from this kind of requests. How do i :

A) Set everyone to Site Members that is other then Friends in the database?
B) Remove the privacy setting EVERYBODY in the account details page. I have removed the EVERYBODY option in the stream privacy setting due to your tema's support.. but this option is still visable in the account page.

You may reset user privacy settings here: Backend -> Component -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Privacy
Just set privacy settings you need, save and then hit red button: prntscr.com/7ckpan .
Privacy should be changed globally.

Try this code:
