ISSUE SUMMARY:

I have to move users from my old system to the new JomSocial. How to do it quickly?
I have imported the CSV file generated by the old JomSocial. I want to override the new JomSocial. Can this file be useful? Maybe I need to interfere in the database mysql? The new Joomla users have also. I do not want anyone to lose.
Thank you in advance for your prompt reply.

Cześć Czesław.

Please, try this extension: extensions.joomla.org/extension/jomsocial-user-import-export

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Is there any other free solution? I can manually change the files in the database: #__usergroups, #_user, #_user_keys, #__user_notes, #__user_profiles, #__user_usergroup_map, #__viewlevels #__community_users.
At JomSocial 3.x it worked. In version 4.x JomSocial I always have some problems. I'm not sure if it's all the files to be moved from the database.

Cześć!

No, rather do not fiddle with database. There are too many cross references.
I wouldn't recommend that even for JS3. it's just too risky... or time consuming.
Community structure is very complicated as there are so many tables, entries and objects.
You may play with it... but we can't support any fails in database or in component caused by that.
