Disable "Choose Profile Type" on Registration

ISSUE SUMMARY:

I have activated Profile Type.
I do want this because one of the groups is allowed to create group - the other is not.
But i want to pick up the user in the backend and not that the user can choose at registration by himself.

Hi.

Enabling profile types you'll allow user to choose them during registration. There is no other option.
You could change that only by customization... but it will be quite extensive.
You may need to hire a professional developer to do that:

Or you may try this extension: www.readybytes.net/jomsocial-profile-type.html
Ask their developers if it's possible what you need with their extension.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Ok, thx for answering my question.

In most of the threads about acl in any case i read the same answer, ask a professional developer or try an extension from... :-/
there will be a road map and under 4.3 stand something with acl, i hope this will improve some needs :-)
