ISSUE SUMMARY:
JomSocial 3.2.15
Joomla! 3.4.1

We are trying to create a user without giving them access to the entire JomSocial interface. Basically, the user needs to be assigned to a group, and subsequently disabled on the JomSocial side so that there is a record of the group they are associated with in the database.

I thought this could be done by simply unchecking the user in JomSocial, but unfortunately it also disables the user in the Joomla user manager. How can I keep the User active and Joomla and disable them in JomSocial?

Hi Scott,

jomsocial doesn't have that ability. jomsocial is running under joomla, so for active/inactive users always follow joomla it self.
i think you need to build own addons or find any 3rd party extensions.
