RE: Avitar wont load and js_side modules not showing

I upgraded to 4.0.5 and now my avatar will not load. Also I had the default js_side modules on the left side of the profile page and now they are not showing. Please help.

Hi, Nico.

You've set Profile as default JomSocial frontpage. I changed it to JomSocial home.
Your modules are displayed correctly: in tabs as designed oi57.tinypic.com/2vwa2oy.jpg
If you prefer display one under one, then please, read this: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Built-in_Module_Positions

As for avatars... it seems that they are missing. Please, make sure they are still on server: ROOT/images/avatar

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Thank you for the quick reply. Everything seems to be working fine now. I appreciate your help and the document links.

Will my settings change every time I upgrade or add a patch?
