ISSUE SUMMARY:
When on the "Edit Profile" page, the "Information" button works properly but the "Account" button does nothing.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Go to www.saleslifeonline.com/timeline/profile/edit
2. Click "Account"

RESULT
I see the javascript error in the console but I do not know enough to troubleshoot
--Uncaught TypeError: a(...).on is not a function

EXPECTED RESULT
After clicking "Account", I expect to see the page where I can change my password.

I need to login to administrator page. the issue must be with 3rd party javascript conflict.
please edit your first post at this topic. put it any credentials information at site info form.

and about support domain, you can open new topic at billing issue section.

I actually already put all the information into the private fields of the ticket. Please look at the "Misc Information" field to see the URL you need.

please turn off all modules with type MijoSearch. that module stil using jquery 1.6 and will make lots of issue.
