notification and stream activities

ISSUE SUMMARY:
is it possible to control what is considered an activity worth showing on the stream. for instance i do not want a stream post that says someone changed their avatar to appear every time someone changes their avatar or cover picture of their profile and group. can i stop these from appearing on the activity stream

Hi.

Yes.

Browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> User Points.

Now disable points rule for certain activity. Disabling rule will also disable activity on stream... and stop giving points for certain activity.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

thanks a lot it helped a lot. but their is still 1 issue i am having trouble with ,i disabled the profile cover change rule ( prntscr.com/724puk ) but when i change the cover it still shows up in the stream ( prntscr.com/724vyb )
even the group cover setting( prntscr.com/724zpn )( prntscr.com/72516b )

So u discovered that it was an issue urself or is it my system alone with the problem
