Menu not working with some templates - how to fix?

ISSUE SUMMARY:

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Using a template.

RESULT - JomSocial menu does not work
EXPECTED RESULT - The menu should work.
BROWSER - Firefox and Chrome

I still cant access your site.. I think my Ip already changed again, i am using dynamic IP.. this is my IP address now 180.253.97.170

is this possible if you disable the IP restriction for while I am testing it, please?
