ISSUE SUMMARY:

When a user joins a group, it puts a very bland text only item in the activity stream. Is there a way to include all users's avatars as well as the group's avatar in the stream as well? Seems like a no-brainer. The attached screen shot shows what I mean, as does our home page:

isurfedthere.com/ <---(by the way, we have changed 'user' to 'surfer' and 'group' to 'break'.)

Hi Vince,

this is possible but you shoulc hack the this file components/com_community/templates/default/activities. groups.join.php

I cant help you too much, this hack is bit tricky.. I suggest you hire the 3rd party developer.

thank you
