ISSUE SUMMARY:
Dear Jomsocial team, it seems that tooltips are not showing during registration process.

The tooltip are correctly showing with the standard joomla registration here :
mon-club-house.website/index.php?option=...registration&lang=fr

I would like to add these tips but I can't figure how to do that. Could you help me with this please ?
I would like to have the tip on mouse hover or below the field itself. I'am tempted to modify something in a template override of the register view file here:

the issue because, at jomsocial page. we not using label as HTML tag, but only using span.

We do not use tooltips in JS4
They are not mobile friendly

so this is by design

Thanks Albertus for this information, it is true that tooltip are not really mobile friendly but they could be displayed as a tooltip in desktop view and below the field in mobile format.
Could you give me a hint where the code below is generated, I could try to add a div below the field to show the tip

you can override by copy it to
/templates/[frontend template]/html/com_community/layouts/register/base.php
