ISSUE SUMMARY:
Dear Jomsocial team, I can't see the progress bar during registration.
I'am using the latest Jomsocial version with socialize template.
It seems that in the view code, something about a progress bar is triggered :

echo $this->_getProgressBar(1);

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go to mon-club-house.website/index.php?option=...r&Itemid=112&lang=fr
2 Check that there is no progress bar

No progress bar
EXPECTED RESULT
Their should be a progres bar
BROWSER
Safari, Chrome, Firefox
