This issue is related and have the same cause: www.jomsocial.com/forum/profile-universa...p-video-unassociated
So we'll deal with it in the same thread.

Your issue is caused by menu misconfiguration.
Your site is bilingual and you used "Profile" page as JomSocial home page thus all pages in JomSocial get profile menu item ID. If we disable Joomla! SEF then videos are visible.

So to fix this issue you'll need to set your site in multilingual mode properly - especially follow some rules to make JomSocial multilingual.

Video counting is fine too. Juliana mendosa has in a fact TWO videos uploaded in her profile and ONE in a group. So in profile 2 are counted and in group 1.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
