Hi, Drazen.
It's because responsivity, container of notification icon has fluid width and icon has right: 0.
Add this code to your current template main css file:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
.joms-toolbar .joms-notifications__label {
right: 40px;
}
}
Hi, Drazen.
Are you sure? It can't be, no mobile device has so big resolution... it's panoramic screen just like mine:
prntscr.com/6vy46y
And it's displayed well.
In this case all you need is to add style brakepoins for that part for certain resolution.
Please make sure what is your device resolution
Hi, Drazen.
Ok, so new break point need to be added. Just what is resolution of panoramic view?
I'm sure that it's not 1920x1080.
Are any break points from here corresponds with your Samsung S4 panoramic view?

Hi, Drazen.
Then just add new break points;
@media only screen and (min-width: 568px) {
.joms-toolbar .joms-notifications__label {
right: 40px;
}
}
@media only screen and (min-width: 667px) {
.joms-toolbar .joms-notifications__label {
right: 40px;
}
}
@media only screen and (min-width: 736px) {
.joms-toolbar .joms-notifications__label {
right: 40px;
}
}
@media only screen and (min-width: 600px) {
.joms-toolbar .joms-notifications__label {
right: 40px;
}
}
