ISSUE SUMMARY:
How do i create a regristration form for new members to sign up? and have a facebook or google plus connection? can you assist, The current error states, "User registration is disabled in Joomla"

Hi Donte,

registration form at step 1 is not customize able, only step 2 customizable. you can make custom fields at jomsocial backend > profiles > customize profile

if you only using facebook connect you can setup it:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_up_Facebook_Connect

if more then facebook connect, you can use this 3rd party plugins
www.sourcecoast.com/joomla-facebook/
