I need super user and FTP access detail. please edit your first post at this topic, and put it at site info form.
and I saw there is "COM_COMMUNITY_REGISTER_REFERRAL_CODE" field (what code for this), seem you using 3rd party extension? it can be the issue from there.

We have turned off all of the plugins for jomSocial. Here is what we have found out.
We change templates by adding template=0 and it works just fine. Yet we are using a gavick theme and it has always worked in the past. We have made sure that there is no overrides running for jomsocial and still no dice - no one can signup to the site with the latest distro of jomosocial. When the requests are made it bounces back and forth between invalid token and session expired messages.
We have tried with two different release of jomSocial 4.0.1 and 4.0.3

and what you administrator access detail? I used login detail from site info. but seem not valid.
sorry, for this inconvenience. after I can access adminstrator + SFTP, I will tackle this issue ASAP. seem the issue with 3rd party it self
