whit smartphone the cover profile isn't responsive

the issue with Tigra CSS, they make cover "not responsive"
here the Tigra CSS:

but if I exclude tigra template and put it as the preferred default template the problem persists... why?

that because the jomsocial still using tigra as template.
Jomsocial backend > configuration > templates

yes albert but if u select a template of defoult...

and changes the template tigra whit the template of defoult disponible (in the selection setup jomsocial) the result does not change

and remains non-responsive

(though I opened a ticket to support tigra for that too)

even I select default template, the tigra CSS still loaded.
I suggest you to rename:
/components/com_community/templates/tigra to other, after that set default template.

let see tigra still loaded or not
