The style is not broken. My server is in Asia and that might be the reason for the slowness. It is working fine from here. I can't modify anything on the user profile.

Yes, my sever is OK and it is in China. Are you using Google API to call for the JavaScript? The JavaScripts are not loading.

The web url where Jomsocial is installed is aom.bicf.org
It is not on www.bicf.org
You should have the login details for aom.bicf.org

All jomsocial functionality not works. that becuase your template bring very old jquery version:
aom.bicf.org/templates/theme_church0294-38/js/jquery.js version 1.6.1

jomsocial using version 1.11.2

please contact that template provider for more support.
