ISSUE SUMMARY:
I was trying to add COM_COMMUNITY_COUPLE but that doesn't seem to work, and I wonder why it is only
COM_COMMUNITY_MALE
COM_COMMUNITY_FEMALE
but not COM_COMMUNITY_COUPLE?

If it's possible to add a string with this please tell.

for gender only can having
COM_COMMUNITY_MALE
COM_COMMUNITY_FEMALE

if you want put more new options for gender, you must create new field at "Select" as type, and put
COM_COMMUNITY_MALE
COM_COMMUNITY_FEMALE
COM_COMMUNITY_COUPLE
as options value

Ok, I'll try that Before i set this to finished.

I did set in COM_COMMUNITY_COUPLE but that didn't change anything. Do you mean I have to set it into the se-SV language file too?

This is nice, now the genders are showing up in English. Well there is a lot of strings in en-GB.community.ini which have to be re-written. This is not a new en-GB language translation, that's for sure.

you must put COM_COMMUNITY_COUPLE at se-SV language file too, or you can put it from joomla language overrides for se-SV so it will not disappear at upgrade process.

if you put new language string, you must put at both. se-SV and en-GB.

COM_COMMUNITY_COUPLE="par"

I did put it in both sv-SE and en-GB but i didn't work. I even put it into Gender in profiles COM_COMMUNITY_COUPLE. Yes I removed it, because it didn't work, I even made a override. That did not work either, got No matching strings.

could you please provide me screenshot + URL about your issue. I cant find it what exactly your issue is, please elaborate more? maybe I missing something here

I don't have that as you show in that screenshot, and as I mentioned earlier almost Everything become in English and the the override just give me no matching text.

I did that in both en-GB and sv-SE but why should everythng else change to English. That makes me pretty angry, which means I have to do all the job over again.
