ISSUE SUMMARY:

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Use Chrome, log into an account.
2 There's some icons on the top right. With IE, no issues, with Chrome, there's a drop down per icon, although no words are there in the drop down.

please put this css at /templates/ireview3/css/custom.css put it at bottom of page

.joms-toolbar--desktop .joms-popover {
  height: auto;
  left: inherit;
  overflow: hidden;
  padding: 5px;
}

there are some CSS conflict with the template it self

I have cut and pasted your code above and put it in custom.css as stated but the issues are still there.
