Duplicated Feed in the streem

ISSUE SUMMARY:

I see the users feed duplicated and sometimes triplicated

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login into the site
2 watch the feed
3 all the users complaing about the site working buggy since the last upgrade
4

RESULT posting avatars or images get a duplicate item in the stream
EXPECTED RESULT the normal behaviour

Hi,

I just see your stream, and the duplicate issue is coming from changing avatar, but when I replicate it seems everything is fine, the stream for avatar is not duplicate. May I know how to replicate your issue, please?
