Jomsocial toolbar icon missing in some menu pages

Dear staff,
I have add a 'JTicketing menu - Ticket Bought' under Event in the Jomsocial menu bar,
event.hehepick.com/en/events/display
When I click that 'ticket bought' menu, the Home, message, search, notifications icons are missing.

May i know what cause the problem?

its not missing. but you must login first.



and at My Tickets Bought page, that page not belongs to jomsocial. so toolbar will not working there.



jomsocial toolbar only for jomsocial pages.

Hi Albertus,
In the page where the icons are missing, actually they are there, but shown as transparent, when I hover on it it can still be clicked. May I know whether this is a bug or not?

Hi Patrick,

this issue not a bug with jomsocial. because jomsocial toolbar only designed only for jomsocial pages it self.
jticketing is a 3rd party extension for jomsocial, so its unofficial. seem the bug at jticketing it self.

please asking jticketing provider for more support. seem they not support jomsocial 4 yet.
