Logout redirection broken link

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When I logout from my account, it redirects to an error page. When I type the website event.hehepick.com again. It shows the You have already logged out messages more than 20 times (screenshot attached). May i know what's the problem? Thanks.

Please you check again, this issue caused by jomsocial redirect plugin..I already set it properly.

You can setup the Jomsocial redirect plugin, and set the redirect after login and logout from there..
