ISSUE SUMMARY:
I am not using badges in JS profiles because points can be collected by games or even bought in my community. They are used to do some stuff. Therefor I don't want them to be published in profiles and delete them in the backend. On every update (4.0.1 and now 4.0.2) they are installed and activated again. Could you please set an option to deactivate them in profiles or keep them deleted if they are? My users are always asking confused. Thanks!

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Delete badges in backend theme designer.
2 Update or re-install JS
3 Check badges in backend and profiles

Please you open jomsocial configuration->layout, find 'Enable Badges' and set to No.
