ISSUE SUMMARY:
When a user choose a profile type, the watermark is not displayed in the front end...

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Create a new user and choose a profile type

I just checked it and seems working fine, please you check your photo avatar, there you can see the watermark on the left of your photo.

Hoooo I see, the watermark get's applied and merged to the thumbnail only if I update and or had a new avatar...Good to know...

Now should I create a new topic cause I would like the Watermark to be outside the thumbnail and not merged to it...

Can this be achieved fairly easily or should I go with JSPT to manage multiple profiles...?

By default Jomsocial cant do it, but I am not sure if you use JSPT, you suggest contact them directly
