there is a modules conflict. if turn off all modules, sharebox will be appeared.
because your module are too much, I will let you to turn off one by one for each module type to find what module is.

Hello, I've turned off the modules you indicate me and still do not see the panel to write the state, I reload the page before checking.

Also, I just realized that after testing they have done an empty right of ads tab appears.

I disabled Registro Social, now at frontend you can see the sharebox, this becuase that module bring jQuery, need to remove the jQuery if you want use it.

and for profile page. after investigate again, you need to delete/rename this file:
/plugins/community/gurumycertificates/gurumycertificates/jquery-1.9.1.min.js

and for module issue (regarding your issue), I cant find it the issue. if still exist, please open new topic regarding it.
