I have over 7,000 registered users on my JomSocial install. When attempting to use the @tagging feature in the activity stream I have to wait about 1 minute for the names to appear. Is this a caching issue where JS has to load up all the friends usernames into memory in order for this feature to work? My account on the site has over 5,000 friends. Does the tagging only work for friends of the user or is it global?

Using other test accounts that have 100 or so friends and the tagging list is instant.

Appears that if I can cache this the issue would go away.

You will be unable to test this out unless you have several hundred friends on your list. This happens for larger sites.
