Hi, Kristina.

Watermark is used only for Multiprofiles. So users need to be assigned to one from multiprofiles.
If you introduced multiprofiles after you alerady have some users and they just switched their profile from default to one of Multiprofiles, you'll need to run cron job in order to refresh their avatars add add watermark to them.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Kristina.

Yes. In steps:

1. Need to create multiprofile
2. Need to assign watermark to that multiprofile
3. Users need to select that profile
4. Cron job need to be run in order to recreate user avatar (add watermark to it).

You don't need to fire cron job manually. Just set it up on your server: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_Up_Cron_Job
