Group album notification in activity stream

Currently the notifications in the activity stream for group photo album posts is a bit lacking. How can I change the syntax of the notification to:

%Username% shared # photos in %Groupname%'s photo album: %PhotoAlbumname%.

Example: Jared Hungerford shared 2 photos in Urban Gardening's photo album: The Hansen Garden Year 2


The photo album name would need to be linked as well. Can this be done with a simple language override or is this a change that I need to make within the code somewhere?

and

2. template override for /components/com_community/templates/default/activities.photos.php, at line 72
echo JText::sprintf('COM_COMMUNITY_ACTIVITY_GROUP_PHOTOS_UPLOAD_TITLE', $count, CUrlHelper::groupLink($group->id), CStringHelper::escape($group->name));

Hi Albertus,

I created the language and template overrides but the links aren't redirecting the user to the group or album respectively. They just redirect to the homepage.

please check it again. I made the changes at language overrides:
I remove _QQQ_ at text value. this _QQQ_ only need if not using overrides method.
