Internationalized profile

I want the profile to be adapted to the user language so he can understand the registration form or his profile in his native language. I cannot find any option to do so?

But language adaptation i don't mean the menu and joomsocial which I've already added languages packs but we need to translate the fields in the user profile including the ones we are adding for our needs.
