Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
We have been having problems on our website with people seeing Invalid Token. We know that this is related to the user having been logged on previously. We have seen on this forum you have said it is a Joomla problem. We have tried various solutions but it still happens.
However, I have experienced the same problem on your own Jomsocial.com/community website today. I was on the site, then it acted like it had logged me off and the username and password box appeared. When I entered my details and tried to log on again I saw 'Invalid Token'.
What can we do on our site to avoid this happening? Users are getting annoyed when this happens. If it is happening on your site what are you doing about the problem?
We are also getting users reporting they see 'Session Expired'. This has happened to 2 new users during their Registration Process on their first visit to our site. Any ideas about this as well? Thanks
For security we don't like to have people logged into our site forever......There has to be a more robust solution than leaving users logged on constantly?
Is Jomsocial doing anything about the Invalid Token problem that users get on your site sometimes?
Do you have any idea why a user would get Session Expired when they register on their first visit to our site?
